The Triune Announcement

Mark 1:9-11 - Mark introduces Jesus as the man from nowhere who submits himself to John's baptism just before he's revealed by God as the beloved Son of the Father, the Spirit-anointed servant, and the long-promised King. In this Jesus we see both deep humility and incomprehensible splendor.
