Raging, Weeping and Believing Against Death

The season of Lent has historically been a time to reflect on death and mortality in relationship to the hope Christians have in Jesus. In this passage from the Gospel According to John, we get to learn from how Jesus reacts to the death of a close friend and the grief it produces. We're also reminded of his power and victory over the grave that changes everything.
