Looking the World to Grace

Humans have always been artists and makers. In our day we live in an especially media- and art-rich environment with opportunities to interact with art constantly. Our own community at Door of Hope Northeast is full of artists and art enthusiasts of many types. This all begs the question: What does any of this have to do with the Christian life? From page one of the Bible we learn that God is the Artist of artists and that He has made His people to share in His creative Spirit. Art matters to God, and God should matter to our art. In this six week series we will examine a biblical vision for these things, learning to honor and glorify God in both our making and receiving.
